Every Ironside system ships with a 1-year full-system warranty covering parts + labor. Individual components carry the manufacturer warranty on top (often 3 years on GPUs, 5 on RAM, 10 on PSU).
What's covered
- Any component failure not caused by user damage
- Labor for diagnostics and repair
- Cross-ship replacement for critical failures

Reply to your order email or visit support.ironside.gg/rma. Have your serial number ready — it's printed on the back of the case and on your invoice.
